System Designer – Elevated Audio

Provide a five-star experience to our customers, exceeding other luxury brands.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of all brands and products we carry by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks with reps, and participating in professional societies.
Manage all incoming inquiries in conjunction with colleagues.
Achieve monthly goals set forth by direct leadership.
Prepare invoices, vehicle check-in’s/check-out’s, estimates, and all necessary customer paperwork.
Stage products for upcoming jobs.
Submit purchase orders directly to vendors for products to be ordered.
Schedule pick-up or delivery of vehicle (or client) before and after project completion.
Collaborate with the installation team as it relates to all customer installation needs and details.
Demonstrate the capabilities of the customer’s purchase and answer any questions they may have upon project completion.
Assist team in making decisions regarding client satisfaction and company interest.
Visit partner organizations and attend events to build relationships with similarly aligned businesses and their clients.
